Insta Pro respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can request removal of infringing material under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail (URL) for us to locate it
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

What happens after we receive a notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material. We may also notify the user who posted the material, if applicable. Repeat infringers may have access terminated.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@themiui.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court
False claims
Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
